What Happens Next

We review every notice we receive. Where a notice is valid, we will take appropriate action promptly and confirm to you in writing once it has been addressed.

If a notice is incomplete, we will let you know what information is missing rather than ignoring it.

Counter-Notification

If material was removed as a result of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same email address. It should identify the material and its previous location, include your contact details, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of subscribers and resellers who are found to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
